uu8j Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the uu8j platform, available at uu8j.pro, including all games, betting markets, account features, promotional offers, payment services, and any other services or content offered by uu8j ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the uu8j platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

uu8j reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the uu8j platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant to uu8j that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. Registration in the name of another person or using false details is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Each person may register and maintain only one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of uu8j or any of its affiliated entities, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You must fund your uu8j account only with money that belongs to you and that you have not borrowed for the purpose of gambling. Use of third-party payment methods or accounts belonging to another person is not permitted.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of the uu8j platform, you are required to complete the account registration process. uu8j applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number during registration. This number will be used for account verification, password reset, and security notifications.
• uu8j may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC process. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. uu8j will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify uu8j support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. uu8j reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.
• uu8j reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that it reasonably suspects is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in a manner that is harmful to the Platform or its users.
• Inactive accounts (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee or account closure at uu8j's discretion. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

To close your uu8j account voluntarily, please contact our support team via live chat. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements and provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the uu8j platform are subject to the following terms. uu8j supports major Bangladesh mobile financial services and international payment cards. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

• The minimum deposit on uu8j is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds may vary by payment method and will be displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. uu8j does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be returned and the associated account investigated.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. uu8j reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount.
• uu8j processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Standard processing times are 1 to 6 hours for bKash and Nagad. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• Funds deposited into your uu8j account are held in a designated player fund account and are not used for uu8j's operational expenses. However, uu8j does not pay interest on funds held in player accounts.
• uu8j reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to your account balance if the withdrawal is connected with a suspected breach of these Terms, a disputed transaction, or an ongoing investigation.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

uu8j may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive offers to registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by uu8j unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the conditions of the specific promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (wagering requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• uu8j reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers may not be combined unless the relevant promotion explicitly states that combination is permitted.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. The use of automated software, betting systems, or coordinated play strategies designed to exploit bonus terms ("bonus abuse") is strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of the bonus and potentially the closure of the account.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the uu8j platform operate according to the rules established by the respective game provider or sports data provider. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay rules apply across the Platform.

• All bets placed on the uu8j platform are final once confirmed. uu8j does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in cases of a manifest system error or where uu8j determines the bet was placed at an incorrect price due to a technical error.
• All casino games on uu8j use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the game provider. The outcome of each game round is independent, random, and not influenced by previous results. uu8j does not manipulate game outcomes.
• uu8j reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, system error, or data feed disruption is determined to have materially affected the outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the players' accounts.

• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, the records maintained by uu8j's system logs shall be the primary evidence. If you believe a game outcome or bet settlement was incorrect, you must raise the dispute with uu8j support within 30 days of the relevant event.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uu8j platform. Any breach of these prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the forfeiture of any account balance, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including using gambling transactions to disguise the origin or destination of illegally obtained funds.
• Using any automated software, bot, spider, scraper, or other non-human process to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, betting market, or promotional competition hosted on the Platform.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, or opening a new account after a previous account has been suspended or permanently closed by uu8j.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent transaction disputes with your bank or payment provider in relation to funds that were legitimately deposited and used on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or at any point during the verification process, or impersonating another person or entity.

Responsible Gaming

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. • You must not reproduce, copy, frame, scrape, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without prior written permission from uu8j.

Limitation of Liability

• In no event will uu8j's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform exceed the total net deposits made by you to your uu8j account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit uu8j's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments and Governing Law

uu8j reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, uu8j will provide notice by publishing the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through uu8j's internal dispute resolution process may be submitted to binding arbitration or such dispute resolution mechanism as uu8j may designate from time to time.
